SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped FOB from our plant in Laval, Quebec, with all shipping charges added to the bill. Most small orders are shipped via UPS, and the largest shipments are sent by common carrier. Unless otherwise specified, we will choose the driver.

Express delivery and / or other delivery arrangements must be specified at time of order.

Delivery dates are approximate and are based on prompt receipt of necessary information. However, the Plani-Mex Group can not be held responsible for delays caused by third parties.

Shipping and handling fees

Handling fees of $6/location will be added for orders with more than four delivery locations. Additional handling charges may also apply to requests for special packaging, as requested by the customer.
